IOIPG recognised for its digital transformation that creates impact on the environment

Putrajaya – IOI Properties Group (“IOIPG”) has won the Esker Asia Impact Awards 2022 under category of “Best Results”. This award celebrates organisations that have achieved the most outstanding results since implementing Esker’s solutions to enable paperless invoices and contract claims. The Group’s implementation of this digitalised solution since 2020 now covers 162 accounting entities. The digitalisation of invoices and contract claims is expected to save approximately 58,800 copies of paper annually.

Beyond reducing the Group’s reliance on paper, this effort has increased visibility of invoices and claims status to provide better management of cashflow and enhance its monthly financial closing process. Additionally, it has benefited users with the ability to search for invoices and view documents across the organisation through an integrated cloud platform at their convenience.

The Esker Asia Impact Awards 2022 for “Best Results” demonstrates IOIPG’s vigilance of digitalisation among industry leaders. It denotes the Group’s dedication towards innovation, accelerating digital transformation over the years to optimise business processes and improve customer engagement.
