RAMADAN BUFFET 2019 PUTRAJAYA: The Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya Selangor is bringing back the popular KAMPUNGLICIOUS RAMADAN Buffet this year. From 6th May To 4th June 2019, you can enjoy these delectable spreads of Kampung dishes.
At the helm of this year Ramadan Buffet is Sous Chef Faizul and his culinary team to prepare various Kampung flavours cuisines from around Malaysia to whet your appetite. He quoted as saying that it's all about varieties and delicious flavours.
On a daily basis, you will find the famous Whole Roast Lamb on the pit. The Lamb is a crowd favourite and its secret is in its marination with middle eastern flavours that keep the crowd coming for more. Another popular dish is the Chicken and Beef Satay.
While for the Kawah varieties will offer another specialities dish which is Fish Head Curry and Sup Tulang which is available throughout the buffet period.
On to the main courses which the dishes are on a rotational basis include Kampung delights from all cultures in Malaysia such as Tenggiri Asam Pedas
Stir-fried Bamboo Clam with Salted Black Bean or Ikan Bakar
Daging Kandar, Gulai Asam Tempoyak Ikan Siakap, Ketam Goreng Berempah
Fried Chicken with Salted Egg and Curry Leaf and more for you to enjoy during this Ramadan 2019.
