Whistleblowing Policy

IOIPG is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standard of work ethics in the conduct of business in line with good corporate governance practices. 

IOIPG has put in place a whistleblowing policy which encourages its employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to raise genuine concerns about possible improprieties and to disclose any improper conduct or other malpractices within IOIPG (i.e. whistleblowing). The policy provides a formal, confidential channel to enable whistleblowing without fear of being subject to retaliation.

Whistleblowers may raise their concerns or make disclosure to any of the following reporting channels:

The current members of the Whistleblowing Committee are:

  • Mr Chan Cha Lin

Reports are encouraged to be made in writing so as to ensure clear understanding and accuracy of the issues raised. Whistleblowers may make use of IOIPG Whistleblower Report Form to facilitate the provision of adequate information and the investigation process.
