You just need to sign up as our referrer and start bringing your friend and family to any of our IOI Galleria sales offices in the Klang Valley and our friendly sales consultants will handle the rest.

Our sales consultants will inform you via phone call or email on the booking but the referral fee is only paid or applicable when the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed. 

The IOI LiVO Referral is valid till further notice.

Not at all, just bring your friend or family over to any IOI Galleria sales offices in the Klang Valley and leave the rest to our friendly sales consultants.

The referral amount will only be paid within sixty (60) days from the date the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed.

The fee is based on the following percentage(s) calculated based on the nett price of the property. The table of entitlement is as follows:

 Above RM1.5 million 2%
 RM1,000,000 – RM1,499,000     1.5%
 Below RM1,000,000 1%

We just need your name as per NRIC, contact number and email address.

Not at all but there will be a verification process which we will guide you through before the sale is concluded.

Any time and you have until further notice to refer a friend or family.  

No. The registration has to be done before and not on the same day as the time of booking.

No, your fee will only be paid within sixty (60) days from the date the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed.

Upon receiving the confirmation letter from our sales consultants after the conclusion of a sale you will need to provide your banking details and the amount will be directly credited into your account within sixty (60) days from the date the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed.  

The referrer cannot introduce/refer himself/herself as the potential customer under the program. In addition, the referrer cannot introduce/refer any LIVO member and/or employee within IOI Group.
In the event there are two (2) or more referrers for the same referred customer, the first referrer who furnishes to us the referred customer’s complete personal particulars as required will be recognized and acknowledged as the referrer of the referred customer under the program.
No, existing IOI LiVO loyalty members are not eligible to be the ‘referred customer’ for the referral program.
