IOI Properties launches first serviced apartment at Warisan Puteri

SEPANG (Sept 22): IOI Properties Group Bhd has unveiled its first serviced apartment development at its Warisan Puteri township in Kota Warisan today.
The new development, called Alanis, comes with 1,255 partially furnished units in four 32- to 35-storey blocks with five layout choices, including dual key and SOHO options.
Built-up area starts from 441 sq ft to 926 sq ft. Price per unit starts from RM227,000 or RM378 psf.
"Since pre-registration started in end-July, response has been encouraging. Units in the first block (Block C) have almost been sold out. We are now opening the second block (Block D) for sale," IOI Properties Group Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Jason Tie told EdgeProp.my at the launching event today.
Block C comprises 402 units, while Block D is now offering 344 units of serviced apartment. The remaining two blocks will come with 509 units in total.

The 6.9 acres commercial development is expected to complete by 2022.
Facilities include two swimming pools, a wading pool, gymnasium, BBQ area, children’s playground and multipurpose hall. Maintenance fee is RM 0.25 per sq ft.
Warisan Puteri is a 206-acre freehold township located 1.5km away from Salak Tinggi express rail link (ERL) station in Sepang.
It is connected by highways such as Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP Highway), North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite Highway), Nilai Expressway and KLIA Expressway.
Nearby amenities include KIPMall, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA, Sepang International Circuit, Xiamen University Malaysia, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Sekolah Kebangsaan Kota Warisan and so on.
"Based on the bookings, interested buyers including those who are working at the airport, as well as people from nearby areas like Salak Tinggi, and due to the new interchange, we also see buyers from USJ and Shah Alam," Tie added
Tie is confident that Sepang will be an up and coming vibrant area. "Due to its proximity to the airport, this location is not only good for hospitality, it also attracts many industrial players such as logistics companies and manufacturers," he said.
