IOI Properties opens first phase of Central Park @ Senna Puteri in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi
SEPANG (April 27): IOI Properties Group Bhd (KL:IOIPG) officially opened the first phase of its 2.75-acre Central Park @ Senna Puteri in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Selangor on Saturday.
The Central Park includes lifestyle amenities such as multipurpose courts, outdoor gyms, an amphitheatre, and solar-powered lights for walkways.
Additional recreational spaces, including Senna Creek and Senna Grove, are expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by the Senna Hills hilltop landmark in the first quarter of 2027.
In a press statement issued on Saturday, IOIPG property development (Malaysia) group chief operating officer Teh Chin Guan said the park demonstrates the group's dedication to master planning inclusive recreational spaces that serve as the heart of its communities.
“Today (April 25) marks the first phase of the 2.75-acre Central Park @ Senna Puteri, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, demonstrating our vision and dedication to master planning inclusive and welcoming recreational spaces that serve as the heart of our communities. Guided by our vision, Trusted, we have consistently prioritised such spaces across our thriving and vibrant flagship townships, including Bandar Puteri Puchong, Bandar Puteri Bangi, 16 Sierra and IOI Resort City, among others,” Teh said.
He added that the community park will greet the first-movers of the township’s inaugural residential project, Aurelia, when they move in by the second quarter of 2027.
The 117-acre Senna Puteri master plan has a gross development value (GDV) of RM3 billion over the next 10 years. Since breaking ground in 2024, the group has achieved a 100% take-up rate for Senna ExChange, the first commercial development in the township comprising 49 shop office units with a GDV of RM119 million.
The group plans to launch Senna Square, featuring 30 units of double-storey shop offices with a GDV of RM68 million, by May 2026.
Future plans for the township include a 17.5-acre transit-oriented development (TOD) scheduled for launch by 2027 to capitalise on the proximity to the Salak Tinggi ERL Station.
