KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 29): IOI Properties Group Bhd (IOIPG) launched the IOI Sales Galleria and show village on Saturday (Aug 27) in Bandar Putra Kulai, Johor, the group's 5,700-acre (2,306.71-hectare) flagship development. The sales gallery and show village aim to showcase the integrated development’s amenities such as golf, sports, shopping, education, dining, entertainment, and healthcare as well as invite potential homeowners.

In a press statement released on Saturday, IOIPG chief executive officer Datuk Voon Tin Yow said: “At IOI Properties Group, we are committed to building a trusted brand that delivers on its promises, contributes to community building, and maintains a high standard of integrity in our work.

“In line with our transformation going forward to consistently provide excellent service, this new sales gallery reflects the group’s efforts in elevating customer experience through better service quality and customer engagement. The show village will serve to showcase the design concept of our products and also the built environment of the township, Bandar Putra Kulai.”

The sales gallery includes relaxation spaces, mini bars with snacks for children, over 200 car park lots, public restrooms plus on-site food and beverage (F&B) outlets, and spots for food trucks. Meanwhile, the show village has 12 show units to introduce Arcela, which offers one-storey semi-detached homes, and the newly launched Sonatia (two-storey park homes). The show village also has six F&B outlets that are open to the public, and an amphitheatre on site.

IOIPG chief operating officer Lim Beng Yeang said: "We firmly believe that an organisation must move and change with the times, and this holds true for property developers as well. Product innovation, digitalisation of business processes to increase efficiency and productivity, and the level of service need constant improvement, and this will be reflected with the opening of the IOI Sales Galleria here."

Additionally, the IOI Sales Galleria has received its Green Building Index certification. IOIPG transplanted 60 trees to the sales gallery, which is also partly powered by solar energy.

The Bandar Putra Kulai development has about 50,000 residents, with about 14,956 units of residential, commercial shops and industrial factories. Currently, up to 2,500 acres have been developed.
