Gallery launched to market new homes
POTENTIAL house buyers will be able to better visualise their dream homes now that a gallery has been launched in Bandar Putra Kulai, Johor.
IOI Properties Group Bhd (IOIPG) chief executive officer Datuk Voon Tin Yow said the IOI Sales Galleria and show village served to showcase the design concept of the company’s products and also the built environment of Bandar Putra Kulai.
“This is our second gallery in the township,” Voon said at the launch.
The 9,200sq ft gallery comes with over 200 parking bays, public toilets, on-site F&B outlets and spots for food trucks.
The show village houses 12 show units of the single-storey semi-detached Arcela homes and Sonatia double-storey homes, six F&B outlets and also an amphitheatre.
Voon said the company was currently in discussions with Kulai Municipal Council (MPKu) to upgrade the interchange serving the township to enhance connectivity and improve road safety.
Meanwhile, IOIPG chief operating officer (Johor region) Lim Beng Yeang said the 1,295ha integrated township was now home to over 50,000 residents. Develop-ment began in 1995.
To date, up to 1,011ha has been developed and the township is linked to the North-South Expressway and Senai-Desaru Expressway. It is also eight minutes away from Senai Airport.
Lim said the township currently has about 12,800 residential units in addition to shops and factories, a retail mall, an 18-hole golf resort, a park, primary and secondary schools, and other public facilities.
“The integrated development is projected to achieve a gross development value of RM11bil upon completion,” said Lim.
He said the company’s existing landbank in Johor, inclusive of Bandar Putra Kulai, now stands at 2,307ha.
Also present at the launch were chief financial officer Melissa Tan, head of sales, marketing and branding Nicole Lee, and Kulai Precinct general manager Kelvin Tang.
