Bandar IOI Segamat to welcome a hospital

• The medical facility will be located on 4.84 acres of freehold land within the East Precinct of Bandar IOI Segamat.

PETALING JAYA (Aug 31): Bandar IOI Segamat is set to add a healthcare component to its 607-acre integrated development in Johor.

The township’s developer, IOI Properties Group (IOIPG) entered into an agreement with Oriental Medical Segamat, which is a subsidiary of Oriental Holdings Bhd (OHB), for the sale of a freehold land measuring 4.84 acres, located within Bandar IOI Segamat.

Oriental Medical Segamat, to be located within the East Precinct of Bandar IOI Segamat, will be OHB’s second hospital venture to complement its flagship hospital, Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre at Klebang, Melaka.
