Acquired 400 acres of strategic landbank located within IOI Resort City, bringing the total to 788 acres. This paved the way for future development and further expansion plans in the mega township.
2015 - 2011
Launched Bandar Puteri Warisan, a 202-acre of freehold township in Sepang.
Launched Bandar Puteri Bangi, a 370-acre of freehold township in Bangi.
Officially launched "Four Points by Sheraton Puchong", a hotel owned by IOI Properties Group Berhad (IOIPG) and managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
The 1.65 million sq ft South Beach project successfully topped out its 45-storey South Tower after its 43-storey North Tower was topped out earlier this year.
IOI Properties Group Berhad (IOIPG) listed successfully on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia as one of the largest property companies in the country.

2010 - 2006
First foray into Xiamen, China with the successful tender of a 7.7 acre site for the residential development of IOI Park Bo Bay.
16 Sierra, a township development situated across 535 acres in South Puchong, was launched.
Completed investment properties – IOI Boulevard in Puchong, and Tower 1 and Tower 2 of Puchong Financial Corporate Centre (PFCC). Tower 2 obtained Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Malaysia Cybercentre Status in 2012.
Launched Kempas Utama township development in Johor Bahru.
Acquired 53% interest in Mergui Development Pte Ltd for the purchase of a freehold parcel at Farrer Park, Singapore for the development of Cityscape. An additional 7% was later acquired.
Successfully joint-tendered with Ho Bee Investment Ltd for 5.3 acres of 99-year leasehold land located at Sentosa Cove, Singapore for the development of Cape Royale.
Handed over Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Ladang Harcroft in Bandar Puchong Jaya to the Ministry of Education. Constructed at its sole cost, the school was officially opened by the then Prime Minister YAB Dato’ Seri Abdullah Badawi.
Won a joint-bid with Ho Bee Investment Ltd to buy 3.6 acres of leasehold land on Sentosa Island, Singapore for the development of Seascape.
2005 - 2001
IOI Mall shopping complex in Bandar Putra, Kulai commenced operations.
Launched Putra Heights, a 43-acre of prime bungalows, in Melaka.
Acquired over 500 acres of land adjacent to Cyberjaya for township development.
Contributed 50 acres of land in Karak, Pahang to Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) College.
2000 - 1996
Bandar Puteri Puchong, a 930-acre of township development, was launched.

Officially handed over the two-storey Bandar Puchong Police Station and a 28-unit apartment complex to the Royal Malaysian Police Force (Polis Diraja Malaysia).
Taman Regent, a new development in Gemencheh, Negeri Sembilan was launched.
IOI Mall commenced operations. Situated in the heart of Bandar Puchong Jaya, the mall was officially launched by the Menteri Besar of Selangor on 15 November 1996. A new wing was added in 2009.
First foray into Singapore with the purchase of a 2,600 square metres of land for IOI Plaza. The building was later sold in 2010.

Forayed into the property market in Johor with the launch of Bandar Putra Kulai, a comprehensive township development covering an area of approximately 5,680 acres.

Bandar Puchong Jaya, a comprehensive self-contained township development in Puchong, Selangor covering an area of over 930 acres, was launched.
The housing project “Taman Mayang” in Petaling Jaya was launched.
Ventured into property development with the acquisition of Bukit Kelang Development Sdn Bhd, Rapat Jaya Sdn Bhd and Eng Hup Industries Sdn Bhd.
