1. How can I participate?
All purchasers of selected residential, commercial and industrial (factory units only) properties who book a unit during the campaign period and successfully complete the sale before 30 June 2025 will be entitled to selected property incentives as well as lucky draws for campaign prizes during the 30 Years Together campaign period.

2. How long does the campaign period run?
30 Years Together runs from 1 April to 30 June 2025.

3. What property incentives are participants entitled to?
Property incentives for 30 Years Together include renovation subsidies up to RM30,000, lucky spin chances, rebates up to 2%, free furniture & electrical appliances and business grants up to RM300,000 for selected commercial products. Terms and conditions apply.

4. What campaign prizes are participants entitled to?
Campaign prizes for 30 Years Together include luxury goods and electrical appliances, to be allocated by monthly lucky draw. The campaign Grand Prize is a travel package covering up to 30 destinations worldwide for two persons.

5. Is there a limited redemption period for the campaign Grand Prize?
The campaign Grand Prize must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of the Grand Draw.

6. When is the campaign Grand Draw?
The Grand Draw for the campaign Grand Prize will be held in July 2025.

7. Is the Grand Prize transferable or can it be exchanged for cash?
The Grand Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

8. What are the campaign monthly lucky draws?
The 30 Years Together monthly lucky draws run throughout the campaign period, with winners announced at the end of every month, starting from May. Participation in monthly lucky draws is based on date of SPA signing. Once a participant wins a monthly lucky draw, they may no longer participate in subsequent monthly lucky draws. However, they may still participate in the Grand Draw.

9. How many lucky draw prizes are winners entitled to?
Participants are entitled to one (1) prize only, as well as the Grand Prize for the Grand Prize winner.

10. How will campaign monthly lucky draw winners be announced?
Monthly lucky draw winners will be announced by Facebook Live on IOI Properties Group's Facebook page.

11. How can winners claim their prizes?
Winners will be contacted with details on prize redemption following the winner announcements on Facebook Live.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE 30 YEARS TOGETHER CAMPAIGN

1. 30 Years Together is a campaign by IOI Properties Group Berhad (“IOIPG” or “the Promoter”), to be held subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Participant Eligibility : This campaign is open only to:
   1. Participants over the age of 18 or as mandated by each participant’s local country and state regulations
   2. Participants who reside in Malaysia, and
   3. Participants who fulfil the Eligibility Requirements to IOIPG’s satisfaction.
3. Campaign Rules : Participants may enter the campaign via the following Eligibility Requirements:
   1. Purchasers of selected residential, commercial and industrial (factory units only) properties who:
      1. Book a unit during the campaign period, and
      2. Sign a Sale & Purchase Agreement before 30 June 2025
   2. Participants are entitled to selected property incentives as well as monthly lucky draws for campaign prizes during the 30 Years Together campaign period.
   3. Participation in monthly lucky draws is based on date of SPA signing.
4. Campaign Period : 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025.
5. Campaign lucky draw prizes for winning participants include :
   1. Luxury goods
   2. Electrical appliances
   3. One (1) travel package for two (2) pax covering up to 30 destinations worldwide.
6. Grand Draw : The campaign Grand Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
   1. The Grand Prize will be issued in the form of a voucher and code, which can be redeemed at a third-party vendor appointed by IOIPG.
   2. Destinations for the Grand Prize are subject to availability.
   3. The airline carrier(s) from which tickets are sourced will be determined by IOIPG and the vendor.
   4. Any ancillary costs are the winner’s responsibility.
   5. The winner must redeem the Grand Prize from the vendor within one (1) year from the date of the winning announcement, failing which the Prize will be forfeited.
   6. The winner is eligible to redeem the Grand Prize upon bank release for their purchase or the full purchase price being received.
7. Winner Selection : Winning participants will be selected by lucky draw on a monthly basis. Lucky draws will take place on 30 May, 30 June and 30 July.
8. Participants are entitled to one (1) monthly lucky draw prize only, as well one (1) entry to the Grand Draw. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
9. Campaign Entries : Each property purchase entitles participants to one (1) entry in the campaign lucky draws.
10. Winner Notifications : Monthly lucky draw winners will be announced by Facebook Live on IOI Properties Group's Facebook page, including the Grand Draw.
11. The date of the winner notification announcement shall be on 30 May, 30 June and 30 July 2025.
12. Prize Redemption : Winners will be contacted with details on prize redemption following the winner announcements on Facebook Live.
13. Winner Verification : IOIPG reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of a participant. Prizes may be withheld, until IOIPG is reasonably satisfied with the eligibility verification.
14. Prize redemption will be verified through registered contact details during property purchase. If a winning participant is unable to provide valid registered contact details, requests for prize redemption will not be entertained.
15. IOIPG will not be held liable for non-receipt of prizes or damages caused during the redemption process. No replacement or exchange of prizes will be entertained.
16. IPIPG and its subsidiaries shall not be liable to any participants for loss of life, any injury, damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of acceptance, or subsequent use or transfer, of any prizes or participation in the campaign or any party claiming through participants, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold IOIPG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by IOIPG in relation to the competition. Further, IOIPG will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any prizes.
17. Prize Substitution : IOIPG reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
18. Winner Disqualification : IOIPG reserves the right to disqualify from the campaign any participant suspected of fraud or cheating including, without limitation, through the manipulation of codes, multiple generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of IOIPG.
19. Representations and Warranties : Participants represent and warrant with IOIPG that:
    1. the participant has met all the eligibility criteria and has the right, authority and power to enter into the campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and shall provide such proof as IOIPG requires, and
    2. the participant agrees that all prizes to be awarded in the campaign are contingent upon the accuracy of the information provided and disclosures made by the participant and warranties, undertakings and obligations hereunder.
20. IOIPG will not be liable for system failures, network errors, the registration webpage being unavailable, hacks on the system or personal phone or application issues.
21. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the campaign, this will be decided by IOIPG. IOIPG’s decision is final in every situation (including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions) and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. IOIPG may collect personal information from participants. Please see IOIPG’s Privacy Policy for more details on how participants’ personal information will be used.
23. By entering this campaign, participants agree that IOIPG may use their name or photo you have provided to IOIPG, for promotional purposes, including, without limitation, on its websites, social media, within its magazines or within promotional emails, without further notice or compensation for publicity, advertising or any other related purposes in any manner whatsoever.
24. By entering this campaign, participants agree that they shall not by act or omission, directly or indirectly bring IOIPG, its subsidiaries or the competition into disrepute nor make any oral or written complaints, public announcements or statements on the same, whether during or after the campaign period.
25. IOIPG reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion at any time during the campaign period without prior notice.
26. Participants shall indemnify IOIPG and its subsidiaries from and against all claims, damage, losses, costs and expenses suffered as a result of any breach by the Participant of the eligibility criteria and these Terms and Conditions and/or the rules and regulations of the campaign.
27. IOIPG reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel the campaign without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so. For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the competition shall not entitle any participants to any claims or compensation against IOIPG and its subsidiaries for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
28. Entry to the campaign shall constitute the participant’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the participant’s agreement to be bound by them. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the participant shall not enter this campaign.
29. The campaign and the Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Malaysia.
