This integrated framework incorporates a rigorous customer feedback management system and a grievance mechanism that even extends to human rights-related concerns.
Throughout our project lifecycle, we maintain a rigorous focus on ensuring quality at every stage. As a result, our developments have consistently scored 70% and above for QLASSIC assessment, a testament that we commit to deliver excellence in product quality.
Developing Thriving Communities
Our approach to urban biodiversity conservation focuses on the incorporation of features that ensure that people, flora and fauna can co-exist in harmony.
The Bandar Puteri Town Park is a prime example of our efforts. Located in Bandar Puteri Puchong, the park has a thriving ecosystem supporting both aquatic and terrestrial life forms and is an ideal venue for local communities and nature organisations to organise activities such as bird-sighting, insect-spotting and herping.
Other notable green spaces by IOIPG includes the 3.75-acre EcoOasis Parkland located in the Bandar Puteri Bangi and the upcoming 10-acre Central Park development in IOI Resort City.
Developing Sustainable Living Environment
We take our goal of reducing the impact of urbanisation on the environment very seriously. As a member of REHDA, we too acknowledge the fact that climate change is happening, and we understand the need to design resilient townships. Various passive and active designs have been integrated into IOIPG's developed and managed properties in order to encourage sustainable lifestyle by providing natural lighting and ventilation, improving water conservation and incorporating energy management systems to reduce overall energy consumption and carbon footprints.
The Group is committed to have 50% of owned and managed office buildings in Malaysia to be green building certified by 2030. In Malaysia, the Puchong Financial Corporate Centre Tower 4 and 5, as well as PJ Midtown are Green Building Index certified. In Singapore, South Beach and IOI Central Boulevard Towers have been granted the Green Mark Platinum Certification whereas at Xiamen (PRC), our IOI Mall Xiamen, Sheraton Grand Xiamen Jimei, IOI Palm City D4 and D5 residential properties, IOI Business Park and IOI Palm International Parkhouse have achieved Green Building Certified Evaluation Label 1-star.
IOI Central Boulevard Towers emphasises the optimization of natural lighting and ventilation as well as aircon, all of which promotes energy efficiency.
