In line with our commitment to exemplary product and service quality, we have instituted the IOI Service Standard. This integrated framework incorporates a rigorous customer feedback management system and a grievance mechanism that even extends to human rights-related concerns.
Throughout our project lifecycle, we maintain a rigorous focus on ensuring quality at every stage. Our projects are assessed under the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) by CIDB Malaysia, which evaluates workmanship quality nationwide. In FY2025, nine projects achieved QLASSIC scores ranging from 79% to 87%, with an overall average of 82.4%. These results underscore IOIPG’s strong commitment to delivering consistent quality across a diverse portfolio and reinforce our reputation as a trusted developer dedicated to excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation.

Developing Sustainable Living Environment
We take our goal of reducing the impact of urbanisation on the environment very seriously. As a member of REHDA, we too acknowledge the fact that climate change is happening, and we understand the need to design resilient townships. Various passive and active designs have been integrated into IOIPG's developed and managed properties in order to encourage sustainable lifestyle by providing natural lighting and ventilation, improving water conservation and incorporating energy management systems to reduce overall energy consumption and carbon footprints.
The Group is committed to have 50% of owned and managed office buildings in Malaysia to be green building certified by 2030. Our green building portfolio spans across Malaysia, comprising IOI City Towers 1 and 2, Puchong Financial Corporate Centre (PFCC) Towers 4 and 5, PJ Midtown, IOI City Mall, IOI Galleria at Bandar Putra Kulai and Moxy Putrajaya. The Green Avenue Precinct at Bandar Putra Kulai currently is in progress and intended to be a green development upon completion. In Singapore, South Beach and IOI Central Boulevard Towers have achieved BCA Green Mark Platinum certification, while W Residences Marina View is currently being designed to meet green certification standards. In Xiamen, PRC, IOI Mall Xiamen, Sheraton Grand Xiamen Jimei, IOI Palm City D4 and D5 residential properties, IOI Business Park and IOI Palm International Parkhouse have obtained the Green Building Evaluation Label 1-star.
IOI Central Boulevard Towers emphasises the optimization of natural lighting and ventilation as well as aircon, all of which promotes energy efficiency.
