We are very satisfied with this condo lay out plan, low density and excellent facilities. Also Par3 is in a good location as it is near to Malaysia's largest mall. Par 3 is one of the better properties that I have bought - high-quality workmanship, brilliant interior & exterior design and high-quality building materials that live up to the money that I have paid. Excellent view from my balcony and walking distance to IOI City Mall are the primary reasons that I purchased Par 3 Condo. Superb IOI Team - Customer Service, Support and Marketing are very professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist their customer. IOI market and name this place as "Resort City" but not enough facilities to live up to the name especially jogging or cycling place for IOI Resort City residents. Too many cars and lots of construction workers for us to feel safe to jog around IOI Resort City. Since IOI market this area as "Resort City", would like to propose IOI to build a pathway to connect to Putrajaya Wetlands, probably from the open space parking lot beside GEMS. I truly believe this will be one of the best marketing points to IOI Resort City potential customers.
Par 3 has big unit with nice & greenery environment, very near to IOI City Mall. It also has high privacy and is a high-end condo, which we feel will be very comfortable to stay. Ms Melody is very professional in her approach to introduce the unit. Patience, and trying to fulfil our many requests.
I find this property in IOI Resort City, Putrajaya is located in a very good location for business and holiday with its supreme surrounding and facilities.
