Strategic location. Promising area to grow.
Good location for own stay.
Zentro Residences looks to have good construction quality, new looking and a nice environment. The upcoming MRT station that is nearby will provide convenience, and it is one of the main reason I choose this property. I also wish there are more stores, which will further improve the living condition in this area.
Reasonable price. Layout is good and also like the township environment.
Ready move-in unit is one of my concern. Among all other properties that I have surveyed, Zentro Residences unit layout is my prefered choice except that the kitchen & yard area is small. Low density, limited facilities but high maintenance fees (among Tmn Equine area, Zentro Residences is the highest, luckily there is free maintenance fees for 5 years). Of course, the overall package are still attractive.
Convenient location with reasonable price. I bought here because it is developed by IOI Properties and the sales personnel do provide good services too.
16 Sierra has always been my perfect community due to the great environment and strategic location for me. They have great and trusted service too.

The process is flawless with clear guidelines on when the developer going to claim from the bank. This is extremely important to avoid late payment interest charges by the developer. 16 Sierra is a well planned township, only set back is the exit directly connecting Seri Kembangan been blocked and we have to make a big turn back from SKVE. Hopefully by the time the MRT line started operation, that road will be reopened for usage.
Good environment, easy access & convenient, and the location is safe.
